a semester been a blogger

This instance of been a blogger had been really useful to practice my writing, my coherence at developing ideas and most of all it helped me to find new ways to express myself.

It is a grateful experience because I can apply this method in my entire life, maybe not by blogging but writing something in a paper or maybe in a word document, but that’s the thing, writing can release inner thoughts.

writing in English has been a challenge ha-ha! In the first blog I wasn’t sure of how to write and have coherence at the same time, you have to be really carefully. But actually I am faster writing, the sentences come instantly to my head!!!  And my hands move by itself.
I have improved a lot in grammar, I don’t have the same mistakes as before, they are internalize and the content emerge instantly without an effort.
In the future I would like to include more interaction between the classmates I don’t know maybe some online games or include some joke topics and stuff.

To write is a really kind tool, you can be slow but it will help a lot to improve your form of narration and drafting.

POST 7

Post 1 I love searching architecture stuff on Pinterest, this is a plataform that provides you with actual trends in a lot diferents topics. Specifically I use the graphics design area.
It has Approximately forty sections from gifts to trips and then you can select one of them and then the page redirect you to another one with all the content that has an especific information.
Almost all the page its about images, so you can get the information so much easier by visual content.
I use almost every day because it keeps me informed about what i need. Lately i have been using it to search some projects ideas about casino centers or slot games centers. I found a lot of plans, images, collages and concepts that helped me to guide my Project graphics, programs and design.
I like a lot this page cuz you can search not just one thing, you can find an image and then the page gives you more information related with it, so you can get more reference to one same thing and helps me to be more cultured.
https://cl.pinterest.com/vicarnault/ this website its from my workshop helper that give us the link to search ideas for the final Project.

POST 4

It's really hard to remember specific kind of thing that you have done in the past when you where a Little seed, specially those things that made us happy and were nice memories.
I think, if I hardly try to remeber, the firts book I read was some fairy tail or something like that, maybe peter pan but honestly I dont know hahah!.

Throw the years, I started to introduce myself into the world of the childhood Psychological development, so I started a research of miles of authors that talks about that topic.

On the past christmas day, my brother, knowing my preferences on the área, gifted me a Humberto Maturana book called ‘’El Sentido del Ser Humano’’ that throw the months became into my favorite book.
That paper thing, talks about biology and love as one thing, the author relate the education with the childhood evolution, and how parents intervene on them development.

Today with those ideas on my Little head, I started searching some complementary Reading about childhood and architecture!!!!! In those two topics are so much in common!!!

For my birthday, my boyfriend gifted to me a book from the Junji (‘’junta nacional de jardines infantiles’’) that talks about how ralated is the architecture and the children education.
It is such a lovely book and includes drawings ¡! Haha

A fun fact: this junji book was written by a woman architect ¡!!

POST 3

My computer
My life, I keep it there.

This piece of technology is the most efficient robot that ever exist.
I carry it everywhere I go, because there I can do anything!, I can write, I can draw, I can listening to music and the most important thing that I do with it… I can watch series on Netflix.

-Netflix lately have been the way to relax myself of the university preasure.-

This thing, is mainly made of metal and plastic and has Little keys on it, a big screen and a touchpad that with just a single click you Will discover a entire new world.

I use it every single day! But please dont think that Im a maniac!!!! I use it because it makes my life so much easier!

I loved to search random things with it and make myself an expert on that expecific strange thing. And somehow Im forced to use it, because of workshop. on that subject I have to use a lot of software programs to make the plans, the cuts and to rendering the projects.

I love this Little thing!!! there’s a world inside it, my life would be more slow than today without it.

If in the future somehow i couldnt have it, I would keep searching things but by the old school way…… by books.

workshop time

This year was a really crazy one, in terms of subjects and the main contents of them.

Workshop, the craziest, is my favorite! You are free to do things you’ll never believe you will build in the future, like a casino with a bakery that works as a facade program of the game center.
Or, for example, the previous project was related with building an structure with some random material, but only with modular pieces, and almost at the end of the project you had to gave it to it, some utility.

The topics that we were working with were to dominate the proprieties of some material (on my first project), analyze some architectonic typologies, like Semi-detached houses or like in my case slot games centers.
At now the topic that I am working on is with the same typology (the games center) but finding some way to densify it on the urban area.

-The architectonic typologies are urban structures that have been done since a lot of time ago, and they keep existing at this time for a special property-.

The workshop allowes me to imagine the space on a different way and take off the prejudices of the traditional architecture. And that’s why I like it. Now, I think I am more prepared and entrusted in what I’m doing.

I took this photograph by a few months ago, when he was born.

It was a really crazy day. The night before I was with my mom, my brother and my grandma at home, we were so nervous!!!! I almost vomited ha-ha! We were trying to get some sleep before the climax of the situation.  Excited to meet the new family member, we pass the night talking each other and moving our bodies around the house, trying somehow to relax ourselves.

Baltazar, one of the three wise men, was born on April 16th, the day that this picture was taken, after him entrance to this mad and insane world. He is my older brother’s first son.
Diego, the father, isn’t my older brother and he always said to me that he was never going to have babies, so it is crazy to think that he was the first on it.
And is crazy too, been with baltazar sometimes, because at now it’s hard to me to assume that he is here with us.

This picture exactly was taken like an hour or two after he was born, on the neonatology area of the hospital. We couldn’t touch him, we only could saw him behind a glass on his special crib, wrapped like a taco ha-ha!
He was so peaceful, him breathe so calmed. In a moment we all were in silence only admiring him.

This was the most important gift that life gave us.

Music…

Music is the kind of thing in life that must no miss on it.
In mine, music has a big place, with long walls of history… of family history.
In my life, music starts with family.

My father has been always related with the sounds, with the poetry and with the chords.
Since always my dad plays the guitar and sings too, and those both things I learnt from him.

(Note: Sometimes, I felt that music is like a genetic heritage, but you can take it or not. If you take it, you improve it, you practice it).

Continuing, how you may know I have two older brothers,(and if you dont well, i have two older brothers, hahaha:)!!!!) , and both of them play the guitar, and that fact helps me to get better on practicing and learning new chords.

My style of music (sometimes I feel a little fussy with it, because I listen a really specific type of music. haha) its more like a black people music. I love soul, jazz, folk, acoustics, and classic music.
This three types of music define my mood every day. They have some special rhythms, deep sounds, different vibrations.

The last year, I started to do a research about music, I wanted something different. I’ve always heard the same kind of sounds on the radio with my friends and there were nothing new, and I was getting bored of it.

On Spotify, I started listening to some playlists… ''woman of jazz'', ''soul'', ''Beethoven'' and hundreds of different types of new and fun music.

One of my  favorite artists that I met from this research was Lianne le Havas, she is a black woman, that sings soul and folk, I met her on YouTube watching an acoustic version of ‘’say a little prayer for you’’, the mix of guitar sounds plus her voice was nice.

I also know some old fashioned woman of music, like Corinne bailey Rae, with her classic ‘’put your records on’’ or ‘’like a star’’.
Or Norah jones, a woman classics, with ‘’sunrise’’ or ’’come away with me’’.

And finally my favorite woman of music it’s a Chilean girl called Nicole bunout, she has versions of victor jara’s songs, and has a not typical vocal registry. She is more like and an acoustic person.

On march I went to listen to the national symphonic Orchestra, at the university theater. It was really strange to me to listen to that kind of music in a theater and without headphones, but, I was a really good experience.

NOTE: here its lianne le havas's song say a little prayer for you
and this its my favorite song of nicole bunout nabundeare-nicole
